Put Yourself In Someone Else’s Shoes

“People generally see what they look for and hear what they listen for.”

-To Kill A Mockingbird

To Kill A Mockingbird- try on someone else's shoes

I wish I would have really appreciated the books we had to read in school back in the day. I never really got into those required books until the end of high school. To Kill A Mockingbird was slightly before that time. There are so many great life lessons in that book that really get you thinking. Don’t just look for what is right in front of you. People get so caught up in the beliefs they have held for so long. Try something new out- think about things from an entirely different perspective. You may be surprised what you find.

Little Matters,

Marissa
